MacDonald Public Library (MPL) is a Class IV public library located in eastern Macomb County. We are situated in historic downtown New Baltimore, a mere block away from the beautiful Anchor Bay. Our recently renovated building is within walking distance of the William and Mary Burke Park and Beach, as well as a number of wonderful local restaurants and shops.

Our library offers many amenities to the New Baltimore community, including a vast collection of physical and digital materials available for check-out, unique programs and events for all ages, as well as internet access and Wi-Fi. We also provide printing, copying, and faxing services and one-on-one technology training.

MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of MacDonald Public Library is to serve the cultural, recreational, and educational needs of our New Baltimore patrons, to serve as an information center, and to offer wide varieties of materials and services in a welcoming and helpful environment.
