The City of New Baltimore

MacDonald Public Library is proud to be a part of the beautiful New Baltimore community. New Baltimore is located in northeastern Macomb County and borders the lovely Anchor Bay – a popular locale along the Lake St. Clair coastline. The City of New Baltimore was first incorporated as a village in 1867 and achieved the status of city in 1931. Our city's iconic downtown district reflects a long and storied heritage here in southeastern Michigan.
