The Board is comprised of five city residents who have attained at least 18 years of age. Trustees are appointed to the board by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The current members are:

Board meetings are scheduled on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm., and meet in the large meeting room at MacDonald Public Library. Concerns or congratulations may be voiced in person or by written correspondence.
