For more information, contact
Director Margaret Thomas at (586) 725-0273, ext. 6

There is currently an opening on the MacDonald Public Library Board of Trustees. Are you interested in helping guide your highly-used, much-loved, community-oriented library? Are you a citizen of the city of New Baltimore? If so, we encourage you to volunteer for this wonderful opportunity.

The board is comprised of five (5) trustees, each appointed by the City Council. Members have a direct responsibility for administration of the library through adoption of policies, long-range planning, oversight of library finances and employment, as well as evaluation of the library director.

The Board of Trustees typically meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. and with additional subcommittee meetings as needed.

For additional information, please call (586) 725-0273.
